Welcome to tornposters.com
and Vol. 3 of my newsletter.

Exciting News!
One of my Torn Posters of Paris artworks will be showcased at this weekend’s Vancouver Arts & Music Festival in Vancouver, Washington. “Blanca” will be on view from 10 am Friday, August 1st until Sunday, August 3 at 4 pm. The jury committee who curated the work for the show consisted of curators and art professionals from across the region who chose work celebrating themes of community, collaboration and inclusion. The art show will take place during the festival (which will include an absolutely amazing performance by opera great Renée Fleming in Esther Short Park) at the Hilton Vancouver in the Oak and Hemlock Rooms, 301 W. 6th St. Vancouver, WA.

P.S. Stop in on Friday or Saturday from 10:00 am-7:00 pm to cast your vote for people’s choice!

Much like how I discovered my beloved torn posters all over Paris, this newsletter is a place for discovery too, for me and for you.

More News!

TornPosters.com has many new images for purchase online. The original gallery of works still exists, but it was time to add more work to the “Shop Art” section. There are new larger sizes too peruse as well. Let me know what you think.

Also Tornposters.com is inching its way to a full line of clothing and accessories. By the next newsletter there will be plenty of beautiful items to ooh and aah over...at least that's the plan. Stay tuned!

Meanwhile in Paris:

I absolutely j'dore Marin Montagut! This French illustrator has one of the coolest shops in all of Paris. One step inside his boutique located at 48 rue Madame and you will feel immediately like a kid in a candy store. As his site indicates, Martin imagines porcelain objects celebrating the French art of living. He works on each of his tableware models by drawing inspiration from the French tableware of yesteryear. The dishes, of rare finesse, are made of porcelain enameled. Each model is made by hand, resulting in unique pieces. Check out his story, his store (both the actual shop and online) at https://www.marinmontagut.com
